My little munchkin

It amazes me how much she has grown and how much she continues to grow. She is SO smart, and has such a sassy little personality. And the best part of it all? She's mine! I love this little girl with everything I have.

Today's post is being made, because I have been looking at What Makes Savanah Smile's blog lately, and she has been posting her gorgeous wedding photos!

  

And seeing her wedding photos just made me want to share some of ours! Savanah had a Cancun wedding as well, and almost the same color scheme. We also shared a lot of little details in our weddings, which I love. Seeing everything just made me miss our wedding so much. 

We had a very small wedding, at an amazing resort. My parents, and a few friends came along (it was expensive to travel, we didn't expect a lot of guest to be honest). But it was amazing. 

I always planned my wedding in my head, but when what I wanted at home couldn't happen, I searched for alternatives. A destination wedding came to mind, and I found the most beautiful resort. Immediately, that was where we were getting married. I didn't care what anyone said. No other resorts compared in my mind, and I wouldn't budge. 

I am glad I didn't! We were married on our nine year anniversary at the Excellence Riviera Cancun Resort in Cancun/Puerto Morelos, Mexico.

About a year of planning went into it and it was amazing! I had the best photographer I could ask for. She was so sweet, and accommodating. And she spoke amazing English LOL To this day I look at our wedding photos every day, I just love them so much. The ones with the red dress are from our Trash the Dress session, btw.
